Unlimited Company intend to apply for Permission for the following Large Scale Residential Development (LRD) comprising modifications to part of the residential development permitted under An Bord Pleanála Ref. No. 312076-21. The proposed modifications consist of the construction of an additional 6 no. parking spaces and the construction of 8 no. dwelling units (consisting of 8 no. 3 bed semi-detached units – Type A) at Arderrow, Ballyvolane (Townland), Ballyhooly Road, Cork. The 8 no. dwellings will replace 8 no. dwellings (consisting of 8 no. 3 bed semi-detached units – Type F) permitted under An Bord Pleanála Ref. No. 312076-21.
